Like "Skype ToGo" exist for making calls from a regular phone line/cell phone to another country using the Skype network I would suggest that it will be made possible to send text messages the same way, meaning you can text to your ToGo number and having it forwarded to a cell phone in another country.

I figure it could work like this:

1. The cell phone sending the message must be registered in Skype ToGo as today when making phone calls.
2. In the text message you begin by typing the phone number, e.g. #+4712345678# indicating where you want the message sent followed by the actual text message.
3. You receive a confimation SMS or can check the message status online.

I love the idea. But unfortunately ToGo numbers are not mobile numbers and therefore there are quite a few technical hindrances to building an SMS-based service using them in most of the ToGo countries.
