This is related to support ticket KMM2003322I15977L0KM , which has not been resolved even after repeated attempts.

We wanted to use and set up a Business Control Panel for our company and this issue is a bad one on skype's end - leading to a user being locked out.

We created a Business Control Panel administrator and charged the accout with 10euro of credits.
Then, USING THE BUSINESS CONTROL PANEL (via the "Create Business Account" button), we created and added a new user and transferred 10 euro credits to him.

After this, we clicked on "Delete Account" for the new-user (not the administrator). What we expected is that the account is no longer part of the Business Control Panel, but also that the account itself will remain active.

However, what has happened is that we are unable to log on to this account - we are able to request password-reset, change the password SUCCESSFULLY (including receipt of email confirmation of successful change-of-password). However, we are never able to log in.

We have engaged in a long discussion with Skype support, but after every two mails, I receive one instructing me on how to reset the password.

I think this is a bug with Skype's Business Control Panel - because neither the administrator (who created the user account) nor the user account itself are able to utilize the 10 euro credit.

Please help.
