I've just started using skype-out for calls to Perú, but i want to make calls inside the country, i mean (different than +51 1 (51=peru 1=Lima)), but i get number forbidden. Any suggestion to override this blocking??

I may be reading you wrong but even within the country you are dialling you still need to use full international dialling code.

I think this is right from you mail but even if you live in lima and want to phone somone in Lima you still need to use + 51 1.

Thanks for the answer, but i think my post is not complete, i'm not dialling from Peru.
Now I'm in Spain, for example i dial Lima (+51 1 xxxxxxx) it works, i dial Huancayo (+51 64 yyyyyy) it does not work, if the province code is not 1 (Lima) the call does not go through.

This is the problem.

Sorry don't know the answer, potentially Skype does not support calls to that region (very unlikely). Best you log a support call.

Probably pointing out the obvious but do check from a normal landline the number as there could (again unlilekly) be an issue in the Peru end non Skype related.
