For some reason I can't enter skype.com since yesterday. I'm afraid my provider is blocking it... Fortunately I (still) can connect to this forum.

My ISP is Tin.it from Italy.

Is there anyone having the same problem?
Do you have any ideas of how I can proceed?

Have you tried connecting via this forum by clicking the banner in the top left hand corner?

Yeah, it's the same.

Actually the same is happening to me. I can log into my account on the website and on this forum, but I cannot get into Skype to make calls.

This happened to me before. I was wondering if it was a problem on their end...
