I would like is there any limit to purchase credit using Moneybookers and Visa card.

I have checked my credit card with bank already, they told me my credit is fine but Skype reject me to buy any credit via Moneybookers or direct using the visa card.

Another issue, I have brought Gift Certificate for 50 Euro on 26 Dec and try to buy another 50 Euro Gift Certificate on 28 Dec, again it is reject by Skype.

I don't know if you are a new purchaser but if so, as a new purchaser, someone who has only started purchasing in the past 3 months, you are restricted from purchasing again until you have gone below 5 €. This restriction is lifted as soon as your balance is below 5 € and is lifted permanently once you have been a Skype Credits purchaser for 3 months.

You can view your order history to see when your first order was and when the 3 month restriction will be lifted:

I don't know if you bought by Credit Card before, but please read here -> We have added new payment methods (credit card and Paypal) for administrators who have positive history with Skype.
And in order to fall into this category you should have:
You need to have made several SkypeOut calls over a period of at least 3 months, placed 2 or more orders and not have any fraudulent transactions recorded for your Skype Name.[/quote]

My friend is the group administor.
and she just allocate credit wrongly with 5 Euro more to one of her users.

May I ask is it possible to ask refund the extra 5 Euro back to the administor Group credit ?
If yes, where should we write to and what kind of information request in the email ?

Of course you may ask...
Your friend can ask for a refund which will be credited to her bank, not the group because that is not possible.

A lot of hassle for 5 Euro's. Maybe a suggestion to keep it like it is and give the member 5 Euro's less next time.
