Hi all
I noticed while my wife was on a skype call and I was viewing task manager that the skype.exe process was set to "high". I know this is not usually the case as when not on a call I have checked it before and the priority was set to "normal".
I wondered if anyone knew if this was programmed right into the application for skype to raise the process level when a call is active? Also I suppose it could be the dualphone software I have installed that changes the priority.
It's a good idea whichever way. I searched the registry but couldn't find a key that could relate to this setting.
Any comments?

I did see a post on here to say that Skype was set to high when in a call so everything on your PC is acting normal

I would have to agree to both rocketman and Ike, women using PC's that way is getting more and more normal.
About the Daulphone aspect, here is an idea; try to get you wife to use a headset (just once) and view taskmanager to compare.
It is essential though that she act as she usally does when making a call, moving around going to the kitchen or whatever, so you might have to get a long extension cable or follow her around carying the PC.
