i get this message when trying to use one even though i've just signed up

Hi,
I get the same reply. I have just installed Skype and succesfully made the test call. I now want to proceed to an actual call, but even though the voucher has just come out of its wrapper, I get the same message and I'm a little p-d off.
Maybe it's me because I'm new, but the thread you forward us to has not answered this problem.
Anyone?
