I have a question regarding the unlimited country subscription. I am a US resident. If I purchase this subscription does it allow me to be overseas (away from the US) and call back to US landline numbers and have unlimited conversations?

I ask because previously under one of the old subscription plans I was still being charged per minute for phone calls back to the US because the call was originated from overseas.

I can't locate anywhere on the web site for Skype management to answer this question.
