Hi! Can you please advise on the following issue:

Installed skype 3 on HTC Touch HD, it logs in with my username ok, but says I have no contacts, which is not true So why it failed to load my contacts?

I tried rebooting/signing out several times.. search online for such an issue.. So would appreciate your help

Was the same thing with me. I uninstalled, reinstalled but the same thing all over: no online contacts.

Then I realised that with the new install it didn't ask me for login anymore, so probably had that stored somewhere from the previous install. And then I found this, that worked for me: "stop skype, delete your skype profile from applicationdata/skype/ using file explorer, then start skype again."

I just deleted everything in this Skype folder and then at the new startup of Skype, I had to go through setup again (like as in a fresh install) and then all worked as before!! Tadaa!

Guess these files sometimes get corrupted? I think I had this before years ago on my PC version as well..
