Hi,
So I had an older version of Skype, not sure which one it was.
I decided to update it to the new, 4.1 i think it is now..
I did this because the sound quality was pretty bad with the old one.
My video worked fine with the old version but now it is doubled and shrunk so that it only shows in the bottom 3rd of the screen. It still shows me as a whole, but just shrunk.
I have attached a screenshot to help show what I mean.
So far I have tried re-installing, which didnt help
and I read though another post with a similar problem, which told me to disable direct3d or direct-draw. which i couldnt do (greyed out) maybe because I have vista?
Help very much appreciated!
Thanks,
Luke

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the reply!
The Asus Virtual Camera is the in-built camera into my laptop.
The problem is now solved, I had to select the other webcam option in the list. Which was described as 2.0 Usb camera, which is wierd seeing as my one is in-built.
Anyway, thanks for the help! your answer solved it for me =)

Hi Bill and Luke,
I have exactly the same issue as you, Luke. But when I tried to select the USB camera in the dropdown list, it says 'Unknown Error'. Any advice?
