On another forum I asked same question:
How can I get transfer speeds faster than about 60kbs even though upload speed of line is nearer 300.
Also is there anyway that the receiver doesnt have to accept each file, something like an "automatically accept transfers from trusted contacts" or similar

Why not just send them the file by email, then you wouldn't have to click any accept.
