We've loaded 2.0 on several machines and it works wonderful. Now I have a problem on one Toshiba laptop running XP Professional. When you go to the Options/Video settings you can see an image but it looks like something from the 60's early drug culture artwork! Weird ... pretty but kind of useless.

When I call the computer with the weird video image (Computer A) from a computer that has a good image (Computer B) ... I can actually see the image from the camera quite clearly ... no weird colors and patterns. But back on Computer A ... it's only showing the weird colors and patterns.

I've check the camera using MSN ... the software that came with it (Creative laptop camera) and it gives a great image. We're also using the same model on another laptop that works fine.

ANY SUGGESTIONS for what might be causing this issue? Sure could use some fresh ideas.

Except for this one laptop ... the beta has been working great for us! Love it so far.

If not, which Internet connection, firewall, router do you use for the Toshiba...

On this PC the windows firewall ... same on the other Toshiba ... and Norton on the Sony. Doesn't seem to be a issue of the firewall ... off or on. The router is the same router as all the others in the office ... a Netgear. But it does the same on any connection we've tried. Any other thoughts. Thanks for replying by the way.
