I have finally found a way to make a very good video and voice conversation with my analog Internet connection (connected taday at 44kb/sec):
Voice by Skype 2
Video by NetMeeting (choose 14400 as speed, big as Video size, slider between "for speed" and "for quality").
It has very good voice quality, without delaying, and video has a framerate of one frame each 2-10 Seconds. resolution is quite good.
Please, Skype, implement a reliable Video that works with analog connection. It IS technically possible, as my experience has shown it!
