I am crazing.

Last time, I can log in Skype using the skype program.

now I cant log in Skype using the skype program.

but I can log in www.skype.com .. what happened with me.

is there anybody who know this problem?

please let me know how to solve this problem or the email address of the person who have responsibility.

a) do you get an error message and what exactely happens when you try to log on?

b) Skype version currently installed (Skype->Help->About)

c) Operating System, Version, Patch level (e.g. Windows, XP, Service Pack 1 or 2, etc)

d) Type of Internet connection and speed (e.g. dial-up or broadband, 768 down/128 up, etc)

e) Router in use? If so, which model?

f) Firewalls in use? If so, which?

I could not log in skype yesterday.

that's why I am crazing..

I asked this problem my friend who used SKYPE every day.

He said, "it's weired."

anyway, I can log in.. yesterday, there're no ploblem.

yesterday, I changed my password five times in order to make sure.

T.T it's weired.
