i would like touse skypeout to call cellphones and/or landlines in the united states. will the receiver of my calls be charged also?

for example, if i call a verizon landline cell or cingular cellphone?

only receivers of calls to cell phones are charged in North America (USA/Canada) ... depending on her/his mobile subscription plan

if they would have to pay for a regular call then yes they will have to pay for a skypeout call.
