Are there Ip Telephone not USB, but telephones to connect directly to the LAN for Skype ?

No but there are announced a Skype standalone phone:

There was also an announcement about a company releasing a standalone skype phone that is wifi so you dont need it attatched to a pc, you can use it wherever there is wifi.
it wasnt that long ago, you'll have to search for it.
