i just heard about skype and i haven't used it yet because i am satisfied with yahoo voice chat. i am a dial-up user and only need to make calls to one other person in europe (i'm in the usa). is skype any better than yahoo voice chat? is it worth me trying skype?

You bet it is! I've had skype for a while now and tried yahoo because they had video. Well let me tell you that the sound was horrible on dial-up. Get skype you'll be thrilled with the clear sound.
