it took me two months to buy credit from skype since their support is mostly unfunctional, unfriendly , and it was very frustrating experience. then while purchasing my first 10 Ero credit, before making any calls the balance in my account showed only 7.19 Ero and from there it started to bind me on. i send skype help three times this missing of 2.81 Ero, finally after long time i got a reply istructing me to sum up my call list debit, which i did and of course it still missing 2.81 Ero. the service is horible and buying first time was ordeal.
