I have been closely monitoring my Skype-Out calls from my PC to local landlines, as I am a new Skype customer.
When I make a short local call it costs approximatley 0.02euros fine, then a few minutes later I get charged again sadsmile.png , It dosn't happen on everycall either, like longer calls to mobiles are ok "so far", but I'd check everyone if I where you, and keep an eye on this very sly "bug in the system" I have been checking the rates of billing that all seems fine, but when I make these short local calls for 0.02euros or 0.04euros, anything under 10p's worth about 5 to 10 minutes after I get billed, I get billed again! Is this added VAT being added on by our beloved Government for Import Export of data duty tax??? if this keeps happening I'm off to www.VoipBuster.com trust me on that one. And I will demand a CASH refund on my Skype-In number, not a credit note.
If there is a good enough reason for these charges I'll shutup, but as the rates for the time of the call all look correct (using currency converter) I get charged again for the same ammount? dosnt figure. I smell a fish.

Suggest you braise a ticket via help describing your issue with maybe a screen shot of your account page.

You should not be charged twice/call.

"Suggest you Braise a ticket via help".. err what Language are you speaking please? smile.png

I will look at my acount details and "PrintScreen my account page" and post it onto accounts staff via your Help page. I think thats what you meant.

I was only saying what I am seeing with my own eye's ok?. That's what IS happening to me ok?. My account gets charged TWICE a few minutes after the first charge. Why? the first charge seems fine. If its the way the billing system works fine, I just need to know. I have Latest Software. It dosen't happen on everycall. Just letting you all know.

thank you GLADIATOR. bigsmile.png

Hi,

I took the liberty to look at your call history and didn't see any double charges. Can you please have a look at your call history to make sure that all your calls are properly charged.

Do not post you account details here they need to be sent together with the support request.
