"Cicero Networks of Dublin has announced the launch of the first smart phone client that can handle wi-fi, gsm and cdma bands. This would allow near seamless roaming in any country in the world and would help save the consumer a lot of money if using free services such as Skype while in a wi-fi zone. Finally a converged solution that will in the end cause less headache for everyone. Cicero claims to be in talks with companies to push the technology out to more operators, but is current testing it in Ireland on the TalkTelecom network."
