I was talking to my sister on skype , and she had a whole bunch of special effects , like on photo booth for macs ? Neither of us have a Mac , and we almost have the same laptops , hers is a Gateway , and mine is an Acer . She said I'm supposed to have a menu at the side , how do I get that ? (( sorry if this is in the wrong spot , i'm kindaa new .))

It has frames , and other things , like on a Mac Book photo booth .

What I see on the picture is the photo on the profile of your sister.
You can set your own profile phote this way -> Skype -> Personalize -> Change your picture.
