Full Version: My control panel with all employees lost and payment gone

Hello all,

Today I tried adding one more skype number to by business account and bought 3 months subscription of the number. While trying to assign the number to a member it said I cannot do it. Reading the forum I checked my member control panel to see that it had only one number that I was using from long back. Came back to biz control panel and tried many times to allot but in vain.

Then I went back to my personal account to renew the subscription and it redirected me to the paypal page. Bang everything went blank with my account reset.

Now I had to create the biz account once again hoping to retrieve my data and that too was gone.

Dont know how to proceed from here. Please help.

What do you mean "Account Reset" you should be able to log into the BCP ("Business Control Panel") with the BCP name, what happened when you tried?
