Full Version: Account Blocked, where is the support?

I have a business account, which has 4 users. Including this one. All accounts are working bar the main account.

Users are:

hnscomputerclinic
hnscomputerclinic2
hnscomputerclinic3
hnscomputerclinic4

I run hnscomptuerclinic as a virtual reception for the business. This account is blocked and I have been trying to contact skype for 2 days, trying to get this issue resolved. All other accounts are working.

I have no idea why the account was blocked and so there seems to be nothing I can do to address whatever problem skype have with the account. If I was told what the proble is then I could fix it. The only message I get though is 'User Account Blocked' when I try to sign in.

There should be some help out there, no?

If somebody could please get back to me via any of my contact details it would be very VERY appreciated.

I'm sorry to have to advise you that Skype, quite routinely, block accounts without contacting you first to ascertain the validity of what they are doing. In carrying out this act they do NOT CARE what potential damage they do to your business and then when you request action to resolve what they are doing to you they, quite happily, TOTALLY IGNORE your support requests.

However Norman will be along shortly to advise you what to do. In the meantime I suggest you consider your options and move away from Skype as a business provider.
