Hello.
Yesterday i was watching a movie and a skype window popped up and said that my password was changed, right after that message i tried to change my password with the "forgotten password" option and every time i want to change it, it said that there is an unknown error.
My account name is "brausebaer3"

I got this problems for 3 days.
Everyday I try to do the same thing and it poped up " Unknown Error occured" all the times.
Now, still cant solve this problem.
Could the skype support team help me???
I need to get the same account asap for the business contact.

I have also been experiencing this fault since yesterday morning.

I have no reason to believe my account has been hacked (elise.maile). I have tried re-downloading/installing the latest version of Skype, but when I try to login (on skype or via the website) the following error occurs:
"Your Skype name and password were not recognized. Please check and try again."

When I attempt to reset my password, I receive the email password token and my details on the reset page are correct, but when I enter a new password and click "submit" I receive a message saying
"unknown error occurred."

I have had to create a new account (in order to post on this forum) but want access to my normal account as I have a number of valuable contacts for my work on there.

I think somebody has hacked my Skype password. When I tried to login, Skype told me that my password was not correct. Then I went to reset my password, I always get this message: Unknown error occured. Please try again later.

Can somebody help me with this? My Skype name is: maywind200958.

Skype customer service has solved my problem, thanks to all of them who worked very hard on it. I would like to ask if I should now change my password to a loooonnnger one in order to secure my account more or if this has or had nothing to do with the problem.
