Hello,

I've a buisness account with 400 account and all accounts are blocked
without reason.
This month, i assigend more than 2000€ credits !
2500 the previous month ect...

Where is the support service ? I sent some mail... never answer.

Help me please...

1. I have your username from the database.
2. Unfortunately Skype has declined to unblock your account and cite this reference from the Terms and Conditions:

14.2 Subscriptions are for individual use only. Each subscription is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means).

Skype is planning a business version of the Unlimited Plan product to suit your needs.
This is scheduled to be introduced later this year.

As the response is posted in an open forum (and not PM) I'd be interested to know what type of business account Franc has so I can further understand the reasons/terms and conditions for Skype blocking. I'd like to understand to see if the "fix" by Skype later this year might suit my business needs.

My account has been blocked for 2 days now. I need to have someone contact me to resolve this issue. I understand that there are restrictions to the use, however I have no idea what if any rules I have broken.

I would appreciate if you could get someone assigned to this case ASAP so that I can get my business back online.
