Wondering if anyone else has this problem. I am able to sign on and communicate well with someone in Mexico. We both have a dsl fast connection, and can see an hear each other well. At some point between 30 seconds and 2 minutes into the video chat there is suddenly extremely loud static ONLY on my computer and I can no longer hear anything but static. I immediately end the call and call again. Within 10 seconds we are reconnected again and can proceed with our conversation until it happens again, with no warning. I have to hang up and call again every minute or so for our entire conversation - it is not fun!
I have a Mac with 2.7 - the latest SKYPE. The other end is a PC. I will have them verify that it is the latest version. I can carry on great conversations with anyone else without this problem, including to Japan... I appreciate any ideas!
