I purchased a SkypeIn number for France in early May 2009, and to this date (June 30th) it still doesn't work.
I have had about 10 email back and forth (with about 7 days delay for each answer) and in the end I was just told "we're sorry, there's a problem".
So... 60 days after purchase, nothing. Billing me worked very well, and getting charged has no technical problem, but getting the product to work is a whole other story.
I'm a great fan of Skype, but ripping people off and not getting back with paying customers seems to be okay.
Is anyone else having this problem?
