Hi. Me and a friend are new to Skype. This must be minor issue.

When I place the call to my friend, he can see me but I can't see him (instead, I see a tiny image of myself). If he places the call, I can see him but he can't see me.

If anyone knows how I can fix it, I would appreciated it very much.

My daughter lives in Japan. We tried Skype last night. She could see me very well and herself in the little box. On my end she looked like an abstract watercolor painting. Eventually, I could see a blurry still pic of her even though she kept talking. This image would then dissolve into colored squares. Really upsetting since I wanted to see my grandson, too.
