I have sent a message to customer support. Or course I am confident it will never be replied to or will take days. This is the second phone number that I have now lost. I have been unable to extend it, because it does not show up anywhere to extend it! Money has been taken out of my bank account to pay for the subscription to the number that does not show up on my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time this has happened. We use these numbers for business, and as of this very moment my clients can not call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need some answers, I am very angry. I apologize, but this is not good.


last four digits cc 6248 14.09 taken from my account on June 8

I will be emailing and posting on the forum until this is resolved, if I do not get an answer soon, I will be finding any and every agency to report this!

I apologize, I did not mean to send you numerous messages. I realized that I had sent them on the username for my other account, so I sent again for the account that I have the problem with. I appreciate you getting back to me. I am not sure of the date of the first email to Customer Support, I apologize for that. I am not at home to access my home computer with that info. I did send another one this morning.

I am not sure if you are the person that another moderator said would be getting back to me? I was told that someone would be getting back to me shortly, that was about an hour ago.

I really need to get this resolved, this line is used for business.

Thank you and again I apologize for getting so aggressive with this matter. I have experienced similar problem in the past and it never was resolved.

The username for the number in question: robinsphotos 320-281-4492

I thought at one point I had moved it to the "Business Profile" of Affordable.Debt (320-281-4494) We also have rmj associated services.

I hope that is not too confusing. Please let me know what other info I can give you to move this along.

2. Understood.
I've escalated the case and asked for a timely resolution.
Skype personnel are already looking into it.
The internal Skype locater key is SCOM-1883
3. No problem.
I just didn't want your case to be delayed due to duplication.
The important thing is that it is resolved to your satisfaction.

Having investigated your issue, Skype advises as follows:

1. The Skype name attached to this issue is ''affordable.debt''
2. Indeed the number has expired 4 days ago.
3. The amount charged is for Unlimited US&Canada and not SkypeIn
4. As the number is owned by BCP and the package is personal you can not link the number to the old package.
5. You can renew the number from the BCP.

Thank you for getting back to me. I did tell you that I had three accounts with Skype: Robinsphotos, Affordable.Debt & RMJ Associated Services. I tried putting all my numbers into the "BCP" under Affordable.Debt. That is how I lost the previous number I had 320-281-0426 months ago. I had the exact same response.

Here is the problem.......The number 320-281-4492 is not showing up under the BCP / Affordable.Debt for me to extend! I am more than happy to give you my log in information so you can see for yourself that I can't extend a number that is not showing up anywhere.

This is the problem. All the information you received from Skype I already know. I am sorry, but I need to know where the number is so I can extend it. It is nowhere on any of my usernames. Just because I put my 320-281-4492 number under BCP of Affordable.Debt (which is my business), why would the unlimited calling subscription not have followed it. You charged the username Robinsphotos.

Please help!

Please let me know what the next step is to resolving this matter. I really just want my number back so I can extend it. The hostile messages I have received from other Skype moderators is very concerning. I just want this resolved.

It's important to keep this [and any issue] between yourself and only one Moderator.
Otherwise duplication will cause a delay.

I really do appreciate you sticking with me thru this. However, we have gotten no where! I know this is not your doing. I followed the instructions on the link you sent. AGAIN, the number 320-281-4492 does not APPEAR!!

Here is what shows up on my "Manage Online Numbers" It clearly states I have ONE online number which is 320-281-4494. Where is my 320-281-4492????????????????

I just want you to know that I have started filing complaints. Please keep me posted as to when this matter will be resolved. In the meantime, I will continue on another path to get this matter taken care of. I just want my phone number to come up on my "BCP" so I can pay to have it extended. I have had money deducted for the unlimited calling on that number, I should be able to use!

What is the status of my phone number?

Hi, I have similar problem. I have purchased online phone number. If I try to ring that number it goes to answering machine without my phone ringing.

Not sure where to go, appreciate if anyone can direct me or help to resolve this issue.
