I installled skype-1.2.0.17-fc3 on Fedora core 2. When registrating: skype name, password, email address and accepting Skype End User Licence Agreement and clicking NEXT it connects forever untill you cut the connection without moving to the next stage of the registration. This was the same with skype-1.2.0.11-fc3. Please what do i do? I am on a big LAN and skype on windows is working very well no problem. Firewalls on our system would have made skype on windows also not work. Also remember that I used skype-1.2.0.17-fc3 as there is no version Fedora core 2. How do I connect?
