e.g. customer calls reception wanting me, reception transfers to my phone.

Yes, simply have the person transfer the call to your Online Number, ("Formally Skype In").

I have created a FREE program that also allows you to transfer inbound calls to your Skype name, or Online Number. So you could then also transfer calls as well.
