I'm interested in using the HashLinkURL functionality, which is described in this page:

I've tried adding in the key as described, linking to TFS work items. But when I type #12345 into a message, it doesn't change to a hyperlink.

The tag I've added is:
<HashLinkURL>http://tfs.mydomain.local:8090/wi.aspx?id=</HashLinkURL>
Our VPN translates the .local domain, and we use port 8090 for TFS.

I'm using Skype version 4.0.0.27.

What version(s) of Skype is this experimental feature included in?
