I'm running skype kubuntu, but have a serious problem. I can't hear anything when I make calls, the same goes for the person I call (he can't hear me, his skype is working otherwise).
Anyone had the same problem?

It may have something to do with your sound settings. I'm using the original Ubuntu (not Kubuntu), but check out http://forum.skype.com/viewtopic.php?t=32256#159757 anyway.
