Good day,

I bought the worldwide unlimited plan. I made a calle in Monterrey(mexico) and they discounted me the credit.

Why is that since monterrey is included in the plan?

Only landlines are covered in Monterrey, are you calling a cell phone there?

Good day,

no, I'm calling a landline number. Where I'm calling is outside of Monterrey city but the number code is the same one as the one of Monterrey.

It shouldn't be charged right?

Thanks for your support anyway
TheUberOverlord
If it is outside of Monterrey, it might be at normal Skype rates, plus a connection fee per call, even if the number looks like it is a Monterrey number.

Good day,

I tested that calling Monterrey-Guadalajara-Mexico city and the credit get discounted anyway.
I checked and the subscription works perfect except for those city in Mexico that are covered by the contract, I don't understand why credit get discounted even if they are in the plan.

Would like some1 to calrify that for me.

Thanks and regards

Also I noticed a strage thing:

In this page Mexico is not present in the unlimited plan

http://www.skype.com/intl/it/allfeatures/s...ription%7Cit_CO

In the following link however it is included

http://www.skype.com/intl/it/legal/terms/fair_usage/

Honestly I can't understand this point.
