We are a company of 3 members and would like all 3 to have administrative access to the BCP. Is this possible? If it is can you add how we go about it.
Many thanks

Robbie,
This is very simple. When you created the BCP, you used your account and that made you an administrator. Invite the other two people to join. Once they have accepted the invitation, they will be show under the "People" tab within the BCP. Click on each person's name and that will take you to the User Settings for that person. There, you will see a checkbox under their name that says, "Allow this person to administer this Business Control Panel Account". Check that itme and then click on Save. Your done.

Awesome - thank you.
Incredibly simple when you know how and now I know how.

Hi,
I tried as specified to promote someone to administrator:
- under "People", I click on standard user
- I view its user settings, but I do not have any checkbox to promote it to administrator
I have to point out that as an administrator, when I click on my user setting I perfectly see this checkbox checked, as an administrator: this checkbox appears to people already administrator.
Thanks for your help and feedback about it.

I am unable to select "Allow this person to administer this Business Control Panel Account" checkbox for any user. Do you know why and how I fix this?

I had the same problem. I ended up using FireFox and it works.

Ok - I'm in the same boat. The first account I set up is the admin.
None of the other accounts have the "Allow this person to administer this Business Control Panel Account" checkbox available whether I use firefox or IE.
After reading a few posts about BCP I wonder if I should ever have bothered.
If anyone finds an answer to this please post something.

I too have this same problem. I am the administrator and have created all the accounts through the BCP. However, none of the accounts have a checkbox that allows me to provide admin privileges. Does anyone have a solution??

I am having the same problem too. I have tried both IE and FireFox.
Any ideas?

I have the solution! A user account created through the BCP cannot be an administrator. You need to create a regular Skype account and then invite them to the BCP... then accept the invite. Then you will see the checkbox for this user.
