Hi

I tried to download the Gmail Sync for Skype Extras into my Skype Version 4.0.0.224, but the Extras link in the Tools menu is greyed out and does not work.

Is there a problem with Extras working in version 4 Skype?

Please try downloading from this link:

http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full

When you see the "Options" button during the installation process, click on it, make sure that the "Install Extras Manger" check box is checked.
