I have downloaded the skype_staticQT-1.1.0.13.tar.bz2. After I uncompressed, run:skype, it reported that ./skype: error while loading shared libraries: libXrandr.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

I can't find anything about the libXrandr.so.2.

Please help me.

Try upgrading your whole Linux system. Redhat 8.0 is not supported anymore and plus it's too old.
