My account has been blocked. I have received that I was "Flagged for Veriifcation" I have written 4 times, been responded to 3 with a letter asking for my last 4 digits of my card, name and country. I have replied, and still have not received an answer, nor has my account been unblocked.
I have received these ticket numbers.

I have had the exact same problem. In my case, I refused to give my credit card information, since I used PayPal, and therefore they should not have any credit card information from me at all.
My ticket number is <<#2255888-3325909#>>.
I've now been blocked for over 2 weeks.

My husbands business skype account has either been blocked or hacked - he cannot login even after change of password. His skype name is 'design-box' - this is a business account and he hasn't been able to use it for some days and is getting ready to leave skype altogether after not getting any help.
This is ridiculous, does skype actually want to keep customers? This is highly unprofessional.

I received exactly the same e-mail. SKYPE simply ignores customers for extended periods, so they can use money we pay in the meantime. I hope one day somebody places a class suit for this. I think that for all those who are victims of SKYPE policy of blocking customers from getting any support is important to realize that all this fora as well as this fake support form avaialable online is "a rubber wall" for complaints. Instead of wasting money for trying to get information on this Forum send e-mail to

Also all iregularites caused by SKYPE mismanagement can be sent there.
Why moderators of this fora keep those addresses secret?. Is this some renumeration from Skype for moderators involved?
This support form, the only place when customers may contact SKYPE is a fake facility as nobody responds to them It is like SKYPE trash box for customers complaints. Another form of it are this Community fora. Do the moderators ever send the feedback to SKYPE managers?
Do the managers ever read this hundreds of frustrated customers who gave SKYPE money and SKYPE is LOL on them?

THIS HAPPENED TO ME!
Skype never responds.
My solution: call your credit card company and cancel your charges! When I told them that Skype was asking for C/C numbers without authorization, they said that was usually enough to guarantee a rebate.
