Full Version: Incoming calls always show "undiscosed pstn ####"
Skype Community > English > Linux

Whenever I receive an incoming call on skype and the caller is not on my contact list the number shows up as undisclosed pstn followed by the last 4 digits of their number. If I miss the call it shows up in my history as just undisclosed number. As a result I can't call people back if they don't leave their number in my voicemail. Any way to fix this? I am running ubuntu 64 bit and have skype 2.0.0.72. Thanks in advance.

kendrick,

Where abouts in the world are you calls coming from?
Kendrick
I am in oklahoma in the US and these calls are from mostly local area codes but some are from college friends who have cell phones from other states but are calling locally.

it may be that the local gateway provider for skype to your pstn doesnt support caller ID.

This is the only thing i can think of as its working here. sorry for the delay in getting back to you I have been taking some internet R&R smile.png

Skype change providers fairly regularly so i wouldnt be suprised if this situation resolved itself
