i am not able to call mobile phones that use the base network in belgium.
are these not suported ?

also when calling a friend who's on proximus belgian network i found out it seems to cost me more than the official rates (€ 0.143/min)
my last call for 1,03min costed me around €0.50, which is a lot more then the official rate... as it is for now i don't think to buy any more call credits for skype out or they should make a decent rates table with prices that fit the actual cost of a call. now they don't..

hm, really no one has an idea for the 'base' network problem in belgium..
are there users out there who have no probs in calling 'base' mobile phone nrs in belgium?

Any call longer than 1min 2 sec is rounded UP to the next minute there for you call was charged at 2 minutes.
