I'll try to make this as simple as possible,

I signed up for a subscription under my personal account for 2.95 USD, which included the voice mail, call forwarding, and big discount on an online number. I had the window up to purchase this online number for 12$, but then brought up my business control panel to see how much it cost there, just in case it was cheaper or if I had to buy it via the business account in order for it to work properly with my business account or something along those lines. It was 18 USD there, so I closed that and went back to the other window that said 12$ to buy that, but when I clicked buy, it must've had my last click from the control panel on record because it purchased an 18$ subscription on my business account.

So I have two subscriptions, two phone numbers somehow, and am lost as to what to use and where to use it. I submitted a ticket too, but thought this may be quicker.

At this point, which subscription do I use? Under the business account I don't see any options for call forwarding, voice mail, etc -- was that included in that 18 USD purchase or not? Why was that 18 whereas on the personal account it was only 2.95?
