I use Skype for my small business. When customers call and hear my greeting, I want them to think I'm a "big company." I found a professional voice recording service, SNAP Recordings, that provided a great solution. I had over 80 professional voice talents to choose from, could even add background music. Only cost $50, and they delivered the .wav file to me within days. Excellent quality.
