Hey I got a major problem so im hoping someone can help. Recently I set up a skype business account an added 2 users. In addition I also bought myslef around 15 skypein numbers. This morning I deleted the users as I wanted to change a configuration and now its as if my account is gone. When I click Business it asks me to set up a new account. I see no records of my numbers and im not sure what to do. Any help would be appreacited

I had a similar crazy situation last night.

I created a Business Panel and then transferred the three on-line numbers on my private account to the Business panels (using instructions in the Skype help).

Everything worked until I transferred the last number. A few minutes later an automated e-mail was sent to me from Skype saying i had removed myself from the businees panels. Now I cant access the business panel and my business numbers don't work!

How does Skype make their software so vunerable? Online numbers is not a free service!!!!

I have the same problem, I logged out of the business control panel and now it's asking me to create a new one.
Is my online number lost?
I haven't heard back from support yet
