I want to be able to have my staff members on board with Skype and I am not clear on whether they each need a subscription or can they share the one I have?

from the
Terms of Service :
14.2 Subscriptions are for individual use only. Each subscription is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means).According to this, you need a subscription for each of your staff members.
