(We have already sent this to CS)
Most of account under my company business control panel are blocked with error 9403 and it looks like IP problems. I've charged all my company account with a subscription and after few days all blocked. We have 4 gateways in our company and we can't send any calls trough from any company's skype accounts. Today is Saturday and we can't work and we're loosing our money from few days (we can't use our 30days subscriptions and i lost few days in the last week (non refundable). Please give me a solution to stop loosing my money). Our gateways ip are:

212.202.221.76
212.202.221.77
212.202.221.78
212.202.221.79

Again my web control panel don't work properly often.

We're sure that's operated by an automated system and we strongly hopes Skype instruct the automated system to not block either any account using my IP's

my question is: is it possible to work with skype for business or not ?

please help us to solve this

Dear Norman,

As i told in my previous post i can't access to business control panel (server answer me "500 internal server error")

I have not asket to nobody else assistance on this.

I'll try to gain access to my Business Control Panel in a few and i'll post again.

Dear Norman,

First of all i've to tell you thanks for your fast reply.
Is it possible to have an idea of a timeframe for my problem solving ?

Every hrs we loose money and no one of all can make a call

We pay all subscriptions with our company credit card and our administrtive dpt going crazy for this block that break into our balance and budget.

How can i'll be advised when my accounts will be available ?

I sympathize.
As soon as the relevant person is back on duty my locator will be read and appropriate action taken.
There are none of the ''unblocking'' personnel on duty right now.
Latest would be Monday morning and possibly earlier.

Please advise the username you used when you contacted CS.

Dear Norman,

I've submitted to CS using my account ( bobby.kennedy ).

I know this is out of your possibilities but if u can make something to get solved asap i'll be very happy... on monday would be a little disaster for my company, and again if in the future i'll add some other account how can be sure this block won't happen again ? i've to discuss this black saturday with administration dpt... i've suggested to company use skype and i don't want to have problem with my comany for this worried.png

i'm a little angry and disappointed... block system works on saturday but nobody can unblock... in my personal opinion this is not so good for a customer that have up to 100 subscription.what's in your opinion ?

1. I can't influence how quickly or the timing of CS reaction but I've stressed the urgency.
2. Account blocking is triggered automatically but, by necessity, accounts have to be unblocked manually.

no answer....at all
we're loosing money but nobody wants help us.. i really don't understand

all our invoices from skype are registerd by our aministration dpt but our money are in skype's pocket an we can't work ... in any part of the world this is a ridicoluos behavior.

As i am the administrator of my skype business control panel but one of the user in my group mukul.jain_globallogic.com he is not able to call any other no, its showing account is blocked so i requested to you kindly unblocked the account its very urgent please take on high priority.
