I've bought the skypein number which includes caller ID as well. Before buying the number, I read that it includes the voicemail too but it did not. Additionally, I read in the Question/Answer page (unfortunately I did not keep the direct URL of this page) the SKYPE says that the company knows this problem that Skypein number doesn't come with voicemail as it is advertised on the site and the company is working to resolve it. Before fixing, Skype offers the voucher to resolve it.
I asked about that to Customer service and they wrote me that voice mail is not included. I'm confused and need some information about that. anybody familiar with this situation? Please advise.
