How do I send emoticons in chat window?
My friends using window$ can send me many kinds of emoticons.
They must have a button or something so they can easily pick emotions.
But I can't find it in linux version.
My skype version is 1.0.0.20 (installed via gentoo ebuild).

In Skype for Linux you need to know the character sequences that represent the emote-icons.

Look around this forum, someone has posted the list of emote-icons with their "shortcuts".

I searched around and only found this post.. and an OSX post.. but no list of char sequences.. can you post a link .. or just post the sequences please?

Its a pitty, that Skype for Linux dont have a Pulldown for all Emoticons.
Its there a Reason for it.
