1. This is a known issue - the result of a software malfunction
2. Skype blocked your account for your preotection.
The instances of several rapid PPal withdrawls has triggered the automatic blocking controls.
Account blocking has nothing to do with the amount of Skype credit you have.
3. First of all it is a technical malfunction we're talking about - not deliberate action.

I paid for Unlimited World. I have an email confirmation with the order number. I cannot use the service and I don't know why? I am so upset. I was counting on this service to be able to communicate with my famuly and business partners overseas. I have a little girl that I talked to everyday and I am now unable to. Here is the email Skype sent me:
