Hello, I am a new user of Shype and it help me to save my phone bill to a lot of area around the world.

But last week, when I call Mexico normal desk phone. The Skepe rate sheet told me is 0.244 But when I called Mexico - Guadalajara the rate is HK$0.244 . But when I call, it charge me 2.6+ as mobile phone rate.

Another is that Hong Kong does not have VAT and on the rate list there is a VAT on it. Can soemone answer my confusing question!

When I want to call SKYpe staff and Ifound that there is no way that I can talk to them?

It seems I pay and I cannot get the satisfy service. Only this way of comunication on the web.... Where is the traditional way of conversation. And we must go through waiting process to slow down the communication process!
