Is there on the Skype Business roadmap for future developments the possibility of managing several companies control panels under the same account? In our company we are extending the usage of Skype to business units all over the world but being them legally different entities i must a business control panel for each one of them each makes the process clumsy and time consuming.

Skype is a useful supplementary business tool for providing telephone facilities, you should however think carefully before using it as the primary method of communication.

1. The call quality can be variable
2. It is impossible to obtain fast support response
3. It depends on a central server(s) to login in. If that fails ... things can be bad.

If you have more than 4 lines it is worth looking at other commercial solutions as a comparison with Skype. For example I was able to find a solution for a Russian Company with offices in the UK. Their call charges were lower than Skype, yet they had 24 hour support and high quality voice.

I might add that is not my primary business, but I did that as as favour because they were polite to me!
